Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
Our portal gives you an opportunity for hassle-free and best shopping experience. We have a strongly allegiance for our customer’ satisfaction and delight. However, if you have any issue with your orders placed, we are there to help you in a best possible way. Here is how we do it:
1. All the orders are usually dispatch in 24-48 hours of receiving the order. It is expected to reach the customers delivery address within 3-5 business working days.
2. We provide Free – Shipping of products across India on all orders above Rs. 1000/-. For orders below Rs. 1000/- we have a small shipping charge of Rs. 150/- per order. However, International orders will be dispatched on their original shipping cost.
3. We provide tracking number for all our orders. Customers will receive tracking number, once the order is shipped, on their email Id and mobile number. Customers can track their orders Realtime through the link shared on their mobile number and email ID.
4. Once the order is placed, cancellation of the same is allowed only within 24 hrs. NO cancellation of order is allowed after 24 hrs.
5. Since the products are carefully monitored and passes strict quality check before dispatch therefore, the chances of delivery of damaged product is negligible, Hence, there are strictly NO REFUNDS.
6. We offer a 3-DAY replacement/exchange policy on fashion jewellery due to damage in transit or delivery of wrong product, after sufficient proof is given (like photograph of: damaged parcel, damaged product and mismatch from the product photograph displayed on website).
7. For exchange/replacement, please emails us at enquiry@amashalifestyle.com along with the uploaded product images. If the desired product is not available/out of stock, you can choose to order another product of the same or higher value. Upon ordering a higher value product, the difference amount can be paid through our app/website.
8. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the tags are removed it will be considered that the product is used and will not be accepted for exchange.
9. The Management decision shall be final on exchange/replacement of the product.
10. Once exchange/replacement request is authorized from our end, The product will be picked up by our courier partner within 5 days from the approval for exchange.
The exchange/replacement will be processed only after the product is received back to us in saleable condition.
